Yes, maari po kayong makasuhan for illegal tapping or connection sa ginawa po ninyo. Kailangan kasing ang bawat bahay ito ay nararapat na siya rin po ang registered owner/customer sa water company/supplier ng tubig. Wala na man pong authority under the law na magbinta ng tubig ang kapitbahay para po sa inyo. I think hindi naman masyadong mahal ang magpaconnect ng tubig kailangan lang naman icomply lang ang kanilang mga requirements po.
Mam hindi naman po km nki tap ng water nakikiigib lang po Bali nila2gyan lang po namin ng tubig yung 3 gallon tapos isalin sa drum tapos isang beses sa isang araw lang po km naigib. Kaya po km naki2igib kasi kinuha po nila metro namin. Pero hindi po km nki top sa kapitbhay.
