Dapat mo munang i check from DENR if itong lupa na ito is alienable and disposable government property. Kung A/D pwede po kayong mag apply sa opisina ng DENR at saka dapat din ninyong pumunta sa Register of Deeds ng Municipyo kung saan itong property na ito matatagpuan humingi kayo ng mga requirements tungkol dito para din sa pagbabayad ng real estate tax. Kailangan din itong ipasukat ng isang surveryor.
