Hindi ko maisip kung bakit nakasal kayo dito sa Philippines considering that one of the requirements for filing marriage license is Certificate or Legal Capacity of the Foreigner to marry which is issued by his country/embassy. You will submit that before the Office of the Civil Registrar kung saan kayo ikakasal. Dahil kinasal kayo dito sa Philippines automatic registered yan sa PSA. To separate or terminate your marriage with your husband is your personal decision. Isipin po ninyong mabuti what is best for you and your child. Since 2 years palang ang bata the custody ay sa inyo po yan unless mapatunayan na you are unfit to take care of your childr. Beyond 7 years old pwede ng pumili ang bata. May grounds naman to annul your marriage if you have evidence na kasal po siya previously and maybe some other grounds kailangan po ninyong magpatulong sa isang private lawyer to file the necessary Petition in court. About naman sa mga threats or abuses na natanggap mo from your husband pwede po ninyong ireport ito sa Police Station or magpatulong po kayo sa pagfile ng Criminal case laban sa kanya but tandaan mo if he has a pending case already pagdating niya sa ating bansa maaring maaresto na po siya and if found guilty madedeport na po siya after serving his sentence. Think about all these things baka mahirapan po kayo sa financial support ng bata kapag hindi na siya makabalik sa ating bansa.
