Magkano po kaya ang pwede naming bawiin sa nabili naming lupa na babawiin po ng may ari?

Naghahabol po kasi yung tatay ng nagbenta po sa amin ng lupa, pinapalabas din po na nitong nakaraan lang niya nalaman ang naturang bentahan. ayos lang naman po sa amin yun, kasi karapatan po niya yun. Sa 120sqm na lupa nabili po namin ng 72,000 noong 2017 pa. pirmahan lang po sa barangay ang nangyare na may pagbabayad na nangyare. di po kasi nakakuha ng mga dokumento kasi yung titulo po nun una ay nasa kapitolyo pa.
ngayon po, gusto ibalik ng tatay yung 72,000 kaso po ang amin, natayuan na po ng bahay at 4years na din po kaming andito.
nagtiwala lang po kasi kaya di namin alam na magkakaganto lang pala sa tagal ng pinagsamahan halos 13years na po kaming magkakakilala.
magkano po kaya talaga ang pwede naming bawiin. dehado po kasi kami sa gustong ibalik lang. Sana matulungan, 3rd hiring po namin sa barangay sa January8, 2022

Actually nakadepende kasi yan sa circumstance ng pagbili ninyo ng nasabing lupain. If sa pagbili palang ninyo alam na ninyo na ang nagbenta ay hindi ang tunay na may ari at walang karapatang magbinta nito at that point palang in bad faith na ang pagbili ninyo. So dahil in bad faith whatever naitayo ninyo ay dapat tangalin ninyo at hindi kayo dapat manghingi ng reimbursement aside nalang if maawa sa inyo ang tunay na may ari at bibigyan kayo but hindi talaga ninyo siya mapipilit na bayaran ito. If however sa pagbili po ninyo nagconsent naman yung may ari in good faith ang pagbili at pagpatayo kaya lang walang proper documentation maaring hindi talaga kayo basta-bastang mapaalis diyan. So, try nalang makignegotiate sa may ari na humingi ng consideration kahit dagdagan nalang ng kunti dahil ibibigay naman ninyo ang bahay maging maayos sana ang lahat sa inyo po.
