Ako po ay nagsulat ng reklamo at sinabi ko doon na "pakiwari ko ay sinadya nila itong sunigin" nasunog po talaga ang lugar na iyon ngunit sinasabi niya na wala siya noong panahong nasunog ang lugar. ngunit siya ang kausap namin sa lugar na iyon. nasunog ito ng kanyang mga tauhan at inamin naman nila ito sa barangay na nasunog talaga nila iyon. ngunit di daw nila sinadya. pero sila ang nagsimula ng sunog at kumalat na ito.
Makakasuhan po ba ako ng libel?

Depende po on how did you state and published your statement lalo na sa social media. If you are are trying to impute a crime na wala naman katotohanan for purposes only na ipahiya sirain ang dignity or honor ng isang tao at ito ay nag cause ng damage sa kanila then you are liable. If you are sure naman talaga na sila ang nagsunog mas mabuting magfile nalang ng kaso kaysa sa social media po ito ikalat. Magiging defense nalang po ninyo that you are telling the truth about what happened but you must gather evidence to support your statement.
