Pwede silang kasuhan pero hindi kaayo ang may cause of against them kundi ang true owner ng lupa. However, since sila po ang in possession ng nasabing lupain at ang nagparenta sa inyo then they have they to eject you for as long as wala pa namang ibang taong nagclaim for ownership and with court order kung sino ang totoong owner ng lupa.
May nag claim na po na owner, Nilaban po nila yung kaso noon sa owner pero hindi sila nanalo. Pinaglalaban lang po nila is yung nanay daw po nila ang pinaka matagal na tumira sa lupa na yun. hinihintay nalang po yung owner kung kelan babawiin ang lupa. ask ko lang po atty, Makka kuha ba sila ng Rigths kahit may mayari ng lupa? at if ever na may rights sila na pinaghahawakan or nagbbyad sila ng tax Pwede ba sila magpaalis ng ibang mga nakatira sa lupa na yon? thanksyou po.
