2 taon po yung pinirmahan kong kontrata pero naka 1 kalahating taon lang po ang natapos ko sa kadahilanan binigyan po kami ng redandacy ng employer namin sa kadahilanan natalo sa beeding yung employer namin kaya kailangan na nila mag bawas ng tao .isang buwan palugit binigay po nila sa amin para mkahanp kami ng trabaho.March 6 2016 kami nag start sept30 2017 huling trabho namin.bngy nila yung huling buwan na pinsok namin.pag dating ng petsa na bngy nila samin para umalis na kami sa accomodation na tinitirhan namin k.kailangan kami maghanp mag bahay at trabho.kaya yung nakuha naming sahod nagamit namin sa pg hhanp ng trabho at bahy na mttirhan.ipinaalm din po namin sa agency yung nangyari sa amin.pero di nila kami tinulungan.kung mag rreklamo po ba kami mkkuha po kaya namin yung ntirng buwan na hinde namin po natapos at yung pera po na nagastos namin sa pg hhnp ng bahay at trabo?
Makukuha ko pa po ba yung anim na buwan ma hinde natapos ng employer at mga ngastos ko po sa pag hhnp ng bahay at trabaho?

Sa situation po ninyo legal po naman ang dismissal dahil sa redundancy dito sa ating batas ang law na mag aapply kung ganito ang ground ng dismissal hindi na po babayaran pa ang remaining contract however prerogative na yan ng company kung magbibigay ng separation pay. So baka po basahin po ninyo uli ang contract na pinirmahan kung ano ang provision kung sakali ganito ang mangyayari dahil yan ang maging basihan for your claims. Kaya lang kahit wala kayong right to claim for the unexpired contract the agency has the obligation na hanapan kayo ng panibagong employer or kaya pauwiin nalang po kayo dito sa ating bansa. Mas mabuting makiusap sa inyong agency tungkol dito or humingi ng legal advice sa POEA legal department para karagdagang payo.
