Marami naman pong Valid Id na tinuturing ang government natin like NBI, Police Clearance, Voter Certification, SSS ID, TIN , Philhealth Id, Posta ID, Cedula requirement din po ito at marami pang iba. Kahit isa po nito ay ok na as valid identification. If hindi pa po kayo kasal kailangan po ng ina na mag execute ng affidavit to use the surname of the father if gusto mong ipagamit sa anak mo ang apelyido ng tatay niya.

Mayroon na rin po akong AUSF. Maraming salamt po ulit sa sagot nyo, aasiaksuhin ko na sa city hall ang pagpaparehistro ng birth certificate ng anak ko.
