Depende yan kung may maipakita kayong Deed of Sale between sa Lola at Mama mo na siyang dahilan kung bakit naitransfer and titulo sa Mama hindi na makapaghabol ang tita ninyo lalo na verbal lang naman ang pinagbasihan niya sa karapatan na sinabi ng lola mo. However, kung ang Mama at Tita mo lang ang taging anak at legal heirs ng lola mo ng namatay ito at ang property na ito ay nailipat sa mama mo lang na wala man lang Deed of Sale or Deed of Donation or anumang basihan kung paano napasakanya ang titulo maaring makapaghabol pa ang tita sa property na ito half of it po.
