Nakapending status po ang application sa DENR ang lupang kung saan kami may parte. Bale po may apat na declarasyon, pwede na po bang magbenta ang ibang kamag-anak namin base sa Declarasyon na hawak nila?
May karapatan po bang magbenta ang kamag-anak/pinsan namin ng lupa na may Pending Status for application sa DENR? Great grand Parents po namin ang nakapangalan?

Mas mabuti sana if personally makita ko kung ano ang klasing dokumento ang hawak nila to establish their ownership or right over said property. So, if may sapat naman sila na evidence na isa sila sa mga surviving heirs at may rightful share sila nito even if it Declaration lang ang hawak nila pwede naman nilang maidispose/ maibenta ito. Kailangan lang na ang lahat ng heirs affected or may share din ang pepirma either sa Deed of Sale or Donation na maaring gagawin nila to transfer ownership to other people.
