Nais ko lang po itanong kung may pagkakamali ho ba ang agency na nagpadala sa girlfriend ko sa Taiwan. Kasi po nung time na mag take po siya ng OWWA training ay nag kasakit siya ng halos isang linggo sinabi naman ho namin yun sa agency ngayon po nag retake ang girlfriend ko ng training tapos naka alis siya ng February 14 papuntang Taiwan, pero pag sundo sa kanya ng broker niya doon ay sinabi nito na sabi ng agency ay nagretake at absent raw po ang girlfriend ko kaya natagalan at yung employer niya dapat ay nag cancel na. Ngayon po ang girlfriend ko ay nasa dorm ng broker na libre tumitira at inalok muna ng part time sa hospital ang problema po ay walang makain at inumin ang aking girlfriend sa dorm. May pananagutan po ba ang agency?

Opo dahil responsibility nila yan na before i deploy ang isang OFW dapat may employer na ring nakahintay. So kung ano ang mangyayari sa OFW na pinadala liability din nila yan. Pwede ninyo yan na ireport sa POEA/OWWA but before doing that kailangan po ninyong maghain ng complaint first sa agency baka naman hinahapan pa rin ng employer. Kailangan magprovide ng temporary shelter at may kaukulang provision ang agency sa ganitong mga pangyayari ng isang OFW. Kung walang action ang agency that's the time magreport na kayo sa POEA. You can ask the help of PAO lawyer para sa paggawa ng complaint para naman makasave din.
Ang nakakainis po kasi nalaman na lang namin na nag cancel ang employer nung nasa Taiwan na po ang girlfriend ko. At sinabi lang ng broker niya sa Taiwan na nagcancel nga raw po yung employer niya. Binigyan po ng temporary part time job ng broker and dorm na libre ang girlfriend ko at hinahanapan pa po ng new employer. Buti na lang po at may mababait na pilipino na kasama ang girlfriend ko at nakaka kain ng ayos siya. Sa tingin po ninyo need pa po ba namin ireklamo ang agency? Nakaka awa naman po kung may iba pang tao na matulad sa girlfriend ko.
