Ngayon po ay kinukuha at pinababayarab ng mga anak ang lupa at sinasabi ng peke daw po ang aming hawak na documents. Notarized po ang deed of sale kaso patay na po ang nag notaryo. Sabi po sa munisipyo ay hindi nila ito makukuha dahil matagal na po nakapitaw ang bahagi ng lupa. May laban po ba ang mga hawak naming documents?nawa po ay masagot. Maraming salamat po!

Mayroon po naman yung sinasabi po ninyong Deed of sale ipo po ba ay nakaannotate sa title ng nasabing property? Kailangan po kasing ipaannotate ang nasabing deed of sale para naman po registered ang inyong rights over the said property. Sinasabi rin po ninyong matagal na kayong naninirahan sa nabili ninyong lupa malaking tulong po ito para maestablish ang inyong adverse claim sa lupaing yan. Pwede po kayong kumuha ng certified true copy sa deed of sale sa notarial division ng court kung saan ang notary public ay rehistrado every deed of sale kasi may copy isusubmit sa court and lawyer na siyang nagnotaryo ng nasabing document to prove na hindi po ito fake. Kung kaya po ninyo maghire ng isang private lawyer ay mas mabuti po para matulungan po kayong mag establish ng inyong rights. Pwede rin po kayong magpatulong sa PAO office na malapit sa inyo baka maaring qualified po kayo sa free legal service po nila para naman po makasave.
