Opo yung agreement or deed of sale na hawak ninyo stating na "as is where is" ay magiging defense ninyo lalo na if the buyer bago pa lang po sila bumili ay binigyan naman po ninyo ng pagkakataon na macheck po niya ito unless may mga warranty pa kayo binigay sa kanila na hindi po ninyo tinupad. Incase po magfile sila ng complaint ipakita po ninyo yan as evidence na yan ang pinagkasunduan at in good faith po kayo sa pagbibinta ng nasabing sasakyan.
Salamat po sa pag sagot Ma'am picture lang po ng kasulatan ang meron kami st nasa kanila po ang original...Nag test drive naman po bago sila mag decide at nag overall check din po yung buyer..kung hindi daw po namin ibabalik yung nagastos sa pinagawa nila at yung binayad nila sa jeep ay magdedemanda daw po sila..Isa ko pa pong tanong saan po sila dapat mag file ng demanda?Sa lugar po ba kung saan nabili yung jeep or sa lugar pong buyer?Maraming salamat po ulit sa pag sagot..Godbless po

Medyo mahirap kung picture lang dapat pa ninyong ipa identify yang mga signature at kailangan ng mga witness na naganap ang pirmahan ng contract. However if notarized yung document ok na yan kung hindi notarized you need witnesses during the signing pati na yung pagdrive test nila. Depende sa convenience ng buyer maaring sa inyong lugar magpapafile or sa kanila lalo na if collection cases ito.
Apat po yung witnesses ma'am..sa isang half paper lang po yung pirmahan nila na katunayan na nagbayad po sila ng amount and nakalagay po sa ilalim yung AS IS WHERE IS po..After po nun may pirma po ng buyer at seller..Inamin naman po ng buyer na meron nga po kasulatan. Yung buyer po ang nag test drive at sila po ang nag padeliver ng jeep sa lugar nila. Hinatid po yung jeep kinabukas kasi yun po yung gusto nila kahit coding po. Maayos naman po nakarating yung unit sa kanila.
