May properties po ang mama at papa ko gusto ko po sana isanla yung isang property sa bangko or yung title e di pa na transfer sa pangalan ko ano po ba mga requirements?

Buhay pa po ba ang mga parents po ninyo dahil if buhay pa then sila po ang dapat mag apply ng loan sa banko kapag hindi pa po natransfer ang title sa pangalan po ninyo. However, if okay lang naman sa parents po ninyo na itransfer ang mga nasabing properties sa pangalan po ninyo then they will have to execute Deed of Sale or kaya Deed of Donation. Now, if wala na ang mga parents po ninyo then all of your siblings will execute Extrajudicial Declaration of Heirs and Settlement of Estate sa ganitong paraan you will all agree kung saan ang share po ninyo or if all the heirs hindi magka aagree magfile po ng Judicial Partition sa korte. By doing that you can process the title for your share under your name at pwede na po itong maapply sa loan sa bank. About sa mga requirements to apply for loan at the bank you will have to visit and inquire their office para po makakuha ng tamang information po.
