Mahigit 50years na po kami nakaita sa aming lupa at bahay pero nitong 2015 may nag kaso sa lolo at lola ko na pinapaalis kami dahil sa kanila daw ang lupang pinag tatayuan ng bahay namin. din po kaming maipakita na papeles na pag mamay ari namin ang bahay parang squatter po kami. pero nadismiss po ang kaso dahil wala din naipakitang titulo ang imaangkin na sakanila talaga ang lupa. ngayon po gusto namin ipatituluhan ang lupa para may legal na kaming titulo. paano ang aming gagawin?
May umangkin ng lupa pero nadismiss sa korte dahil wala silang maipakitang patunay na sila ang nag mamay ari . ngayon po gusto namin patituluhan ito paano po?

Kailangan po na icheck po ninyo ito sa Register of Deeds kung saan ang property located if wala ba talagang nagmamay ari nito. Sinabi mong matagal na kayong naninirahan hindi ba kayo nagbabayad nag tax nito? Kung talagang maverify at walang nagmamay ari nito you can check with your local government unit or maski sa Barangay captain's office if may plan po ba na ipamigay ito para sa mga matagal ng naninirahan.
