May utang po akong 563, 637 teacher po ako, pero due to my poor health condition napatigil po ako sa work at nasa bahay nalang minsan po nag tutuor ako makukulong po ako?

Fyi , ito pong utang ko na ito ay naging ganito kalaki dahil na daya po ako meron pong agent na nag asikaso ng papeles ko para makapag loan sa PR savings bank new teacher lang po ako that time, at mababa nalanmg sahod pero dahil may agent po ako nagawan ng paraan na ma approve loan ko kahit di kaya ng payslip ko at hindi ko po alam yun noong una..basta pina pirma nalang ako ng blank page, buo tiwala ko sa agent meron po kasi yata siyang contact sa loob ng bank.. pina liwanag ko po sa PR bank yun na biktima lang ako if di kaya ng payslip ko bakit nila aapprove loan ko? now po nakatanngap ako ng demand letter natatakot po ako ngayon dahil nag hahanap pa ako ng work na kakayanin ng katawan ko lalo po akong nababon dahil ang laki ng patong nila..matagal ko na dapat bayad tokung di lang ako niloko ng agent..now di ko na mahagilap agent na yun, natatakot po akong makulong willing naman po ako magbayad paunti unti kaso po di ako makakaahon dahil napaka laki na ng patong nila...natatakot po akong makulong baby pa anak ko..please need ko po ng advise eto po email ko [email protected]

Malaki po talaga ang utang ninyo kasama na ba nito ang interest? Hindi mo sinabi kung magkano lang ang principal. Kahit pa sabihin natin na may agent ka kung talagang nareceive mo naman ang principal amount at ikaw naman talaga ay nakapirma sa contract of loan talagang ikaw ang primarily liable. Dahil demand letter na ito preparation na ito for possible filing of collection case in court. So it is better if you personally visit the bank and try to negotiate ipaalam mo ang current condition baka na man maawa at maiwaive na ang mga interest at ang principal nalang ang dapat na bayaran. Kailangan mo ring humanap na trabaho para makabayad po kayo nito.
