When can I resume physical activities, basketball after appendectomy?

Na-operahan po ako sa appendicitis netong January 7. Im exactly 1 month today. Kailan po kaya ako pwedeng bumalik sa paglalaro ng basketball at pag jogging?


It's been one month since I had appendectomy operation. When can I start or resume physical exercises such as playing basketball?

Magandang araw po!

For me po ang basic rule is pag masakit or nahihirapan po kayong gumalaw, wag muna. ipahinga niyo po muna. Iba iba po kasi yung healing time ng bawat tao kaya walang definite time kung kalian kayo magiging okay na ulit. Pero pag nakita niyo naman po na hilom na yung sugat niyo at hindi na kayo hirap kumilos, pwede na po. Wag lang sobra sobra.
