Pus cell in semen can cause impregnant? I had my semen analyses 4-12 pus cells is dat ok to concieve a woman.

Presence of that much pus cells (>5) in the semen is suggestive of a sexually transmitted infection such as syphilis, chlamydia, and gonorrhea. However, unless other parameters in the seminal analysis such as the sperm count, motility, and volume are affected by the infection, you can get a woman pregnant but with the risk of transmitting the infection to her.

Furthermore, persistence or improper treatment of the infection may cause male subfertility in the long run. I'd suggest you visit your GP for treatment as soon as you can.

Thank you for the response doc, my sperm count was 34million and motility 92% morphology 93% volume 4ml.. is something wrong with my analyses the pus cells 4-12.
