Anong possible causes ng namamagang panga? Swollen jaw, decaying tooth, lump

Anong possible causes po ng namamagang panga. Medyo worried na po kasi kami. May sirang ngipin po kasi mister ko. Pwede po kaya yun ang sanhi? Saan po ba dapat pumunta ENT or dentist po? Medyo di na po pantay panga nya kasi maga na masyado ung right side and parang may bukol na nakakapa. Thank you and Godbless


Translation: What could be possible reasons or cause of swollen jaw? We're worried because my husband has decaying tooth/teeth. Could this be the cause? Should we go see a dentist or ENT ( Ear, Nose, Throat doctor)? My husband's jaw is not symmetric anymore because it is swollen on the right side. There also seems to be a lump which can be felt when touched with the hands.

Maaring may sira nga ang ngipin ng mister mo na siya ring dahilan ng pamamaga nito. Ngayon, ayon sa pagkakalahad mo ay mukhang malaki nga ang sakop ng maga ng panga ng mister mo. Subalit nararapat na ipatingin mo muna ito sa dentista sapagkat kailangan bunutin ang ngipin. Sa pamamagitan ng pag-inom ng antibiotics at analgesics ay maiibsan ang laki at kirot na sanhi ng pamamaga. Kapag medyo lumiit ang pamamaga ay maaring nang bunutin ang ngipin. Ipatingin lamang sa ENT ang mister mo kung hirap narin sya sa paglunok, hindi makakain at kung may mga bukol na nakakapa sa ilalim ng panga o likod ng tainga. Iwas rin muna sa pagkagat ng matitigas na pagkain at mga matatamis sa ngayon.
