Kasi po yung gums dumudugo tuwing magtotooth brush ako at pagnatutulog ako. Anu ano po kaya dahilan nito? Thank you po sa sagot.. God bless

Kung nagdurugo ang gums mo, maaaring ikaw ay may gingivitis. Ito ang pinakasimpleng halimbawa ng gum disease.Pa-latandaan ng may gingivitis ay ang pananakit ng gilagid at pagdurugo nito.

Dahil sa dumi na dumidikit sa pagitan ng ngipin at ng gilagid na tinatawag na "plaque" namamaga at magdurugo ang gums.
Ang plaque ay malagkit na substance na punong-puno ng bacteria. Namumuo ito dahil sa kulang at hindi tamang pamamaraan ng paglinis o pagsisipilyo ng ngipin. Syempre kung may bacteria, magkakaroon ng reaksyon ang katawan (gilagid) natin sa pamamagitan ng "inflammation" o pamamaga.

Sa pamamagitan ng pagpapalinis ng ngipin sa dentista, maaari itong mabigyan ng lunas. Kinakailangang matanggal lahat ng plaque pati na rin ang mga magagaspang na parte ng ngipin na kinakapitan nito. Kung mas magaspang mas madaling kapitan kaya nararapat na mapakinis ang surface ng ngipin. Ang "tartar" ay ang mala-sementong substance na kumakapit din sa ngipin. Iba ito sa plaque. Pero kung maraming "tartar" mas magaspang at natural ding mas kinakapitan ng plaque ang surface nito.

Ugaliing mag toothbrush at gumamit ng floss para mapanatiling malinis ang mga ngipin at makaiwas sa anumang komplikasyon.
