Cannot empty bowels, hard feces, constipation, hard to pass, expel, Bakit hindi lumabas dumi ko

Topic: Why can't I empty my bowels? I have hard feces, but I don' see any blood. It hurts. It's been 7 days. I'm here in Saudi Arabia. I have constipation.


Bakit po hindi lumabas ang dumi ko? Matigas po siya..pro wala naman ako nakikitang dugu..masakit po sya pag. Nasa cr na ako. Advice po please! Hirap na hirap na po ako..dito ako sa saudi ngayon..mag 7 days na po to..pero hindi talaga lumabas..
