wala naman pong pinagkaiba yung dalawa. pareho lang pong may lumalabas na dugo sa pwerta niyo. si menstrual period lang mas may schedule ang pagdugo. si vaginal bleeding naman pwedeng iba ibang schedule. pwedeng sa pagitan ng magreregla niyo at pwedeng mahina o malakas.
