Ang pananakit ng LEEG o batok ay isa sa mga pangkaraniwang kondisyon na maaaring makaapekto sa kapasidad ng isang tao. We may also engage in daily exercises to strengthen our neck muscles and promote mobility of the joints. Some of these exercises are rotations, shoulder circles, side stretches resistance exercises and head lifts. Furthermore, before doing heavy work, it is also recommended that we perform warm-up exercises for a few minutes. Lastly, for those people who are into contact sports, they must also wear protective equipment.

On the contrary, neck pain should be given due importance as this may possibly worsen and bring serious complications. It may also mean something other than what we think because neck pain may also be due to other health conditions such as hypertension. Thus, it is very crucial to know the root cause of neck pain.

As previously mentioned, neck pain is due to several factors. Thus, it is important to know what provokes your neck pain. It may be due to overexertion, improper body alignment and positioning and injury or trauma. Moreover, you also need to know the quality and severity of the pain you are experiencing. It is commonly associated with dull aching pain aggravated by movement. It may also include numbness, tingling or sharp shooting pain.
