Natatakot po kasi ako mag P.T.. Takot ako sa katotohanan. Dipa kasi ako ready pero ask ko lang po, possible kaya na delay ako sa menstruation kasi nag gym ako ng biglaan
mga 5 days din akon nag gym. Uminom na ko ng beer para magkaron this week pero sakit lang ng sakit puson ko at balakang ko. Naranasan ko ng mabuntis CS delivery kasi ako pero success naman po. Kaso now dipa ko ready talaga dapat po kasi magkakaron na ko delay na po siguro ng mga 5 days po diko matandaan kelan ako last nagkaron pero masasabi ko delay na ko.

I easily get tired/pant, gasp for breath, because I smoke before I go to the gym, which I usually do.
