Opo, may posibilidad na matastas ang tahi sa pwerta kaya inirerekomenda na iwasan ang pagbbuhat ng mabibigat at magkaroon ng sapat na pahinga para gumaling kaagad ang sugat.
Ang episiotomy na may 2nd degree tear ay kadalasang gumagaling ng 2-3 weeks habang ang 3rd and 4th degree tear naman ay tumatagal ng 1-2 months, minsan mas matagal.
Kung natastas po ang inyong tahi or kung hindi pa ito gumagaling mas makabubuting bumalik kayo sa OB nyo at magpakonsulta para maagapan at mabigyan ng kaukulang lunas.
