Delay ng menstruation 2 months, 26 years old

I'm Tes, 26 yrs old. About delay ng menstration ko po, nung December 29 last mens po. By January po delay po ako, di po ako niregla. February 3-7 po niregla ako uli. But on this month of March, wala nanaman po. Mag 2 months na this coming April. Wala naman po asawa ko 7 months na. Iregular naman po talaga mens ko pero di nagtatagal ng ganito. Baka po matulungan nyo po ako. Salamat po....


Translation: I had menstruation last December 29, 2014. In January, I did not have my period. Then on February 3 to 7, I had my menstrual period. Then this March, I did not have my menstruation. It's almost April now, and almost 2 months since I've had my menstruation. My husband has been away for 7 months now, so I could not be pregnant.

My menstruation has always been irregular, but it has not been delayed this long. What could be wrong?

Sa usapin ukol sa iyong karamdaman, ang pagkadelay at iregularidad ng regla ay sanhi ng madaming elemento. Halimabawa ay ang timbang, ang overweight na babae ay mas nakakaranas ng delayed menses. Ang stress at pagpupuyat ay nakakadelay din Pati ang mga nakakain natin. May pag-aaral na ang junk foods ay pwedeng makadelay din. Mga iniimon na gamot at pati ang mabigat na ehersisyo at gawaing bahay ay nakakadelay din.

Subalit may mga sakit na nakakapagpa-iregular sa menses ng mga kababaihan. Ang PCOS o polycystic ovarian syndrome ay isa rito, ang Iron Deficiency Anemia at ilan pang sakit sa dugo ay maari ring idagdag sa listahan. Ayaw din natin ang sakit sa Obaryo at bahay-bata gaya ng kanser dito. Ang pagkatukoy ng sanhi ng iyong karamdaman ay malalaman lamang sa pamamagitan ng pagkonsulta sa iyong Obgyne. May mga test na isasagawa sayo para malinawan ka sa iyong katanungan. Kaakibat din nito ang eksaktong solusyon o gamutan para sa yong karamdaman. Sana ay magpatingin ka sa doctor. Yan ng pinakamahalagang payo ko sayo. Hindi pwedeng ipagpawalang bahala at sarilihin ang problema. Balitaan mo ako.
