Period after giving birth-pregnant 3 weeks after giving birth? Possible?

I gave birth last march 30 and had sex 3 weeks after..i dont have period yet and i am so worried to get pregnant again.. I am still waiting and hoping to get my period..I did a lot of pregnancy test and it was all negative..i hope i am not pregnant..please help me..did the pt is right?

Anyway, maam. kung bago lang po kayo nanganak at nagbbreastfeed naman po kayo at walang ibang ipinapainom kay baby maliban sa gatas ninyo kayo po ay may protection sa pagbubuntis. umaabot po yun ng mga 20-24 weeks na proteksyon.
