Isa po akong babae, 24 years old, single, pero may fiance. 5 yrs na po kami at 5 yrs narin kaming may contact. Itatanung ko lang po sana kung ano po ang posibling sakit ko, galing po ako ng doctor kahapon nagpacheck-up at ultrasound ang sabi ay malinis ang matris ko at walang problema, makapal lang daw po ang wall. Doc may sakit po kaya ko kasi po November 26-30, 2014 nagkaroon po ako, tapos pagka Dec. 5 nagstart ako uminom ng slimming capsule at gumamit ng slimming cream. Ng mapansin ko Dec. 11-14, 2014 nagkaroon ako ulit ng menstration at pag katapos non spotting po hanggang ngayon January 2015. Dati po akong irregular last year lang po ngkaroon buwan2x pero iba2x ang starting date. Never padin po ko nabuntis sa pagkakaalam ko. Withdrawal din po gamit namin ng boyfriend ko at ngayon po nakakaranas ko ng mga kunting kirot sa mga tagiliran ng puson ko. Ano po kaya iyon? Dahil lang po ba yon sa spotting? Sana po matulungan nyo ako. Natural lang po kaya iyon oh may sakit po ako? Posible po ba na myoma? Hindi po ba nakikita sa ultrasound yon? Sana po matulungan nyo ako kasi almost 1 month na ko hindi makatulog ng maayos sa kakaisip maraming salamat po!
Question: I am a female, 24 years old, single, but I have a fiance/boyfriend. We've been together for 5 years and we've also been having sex for 5 years. Yesterday, I went to see a doctor and had an ultrasound. I was told that my uterus/womb is clean and there is no problem, but just that the wall is thick. Is there anything wrong with me or do I have some illness/disease? Because on November 26 to 30, 2014, I had menstruation. Then on December 5, I started taking slimming capsules and using slimming cream. I noticed that on December 11 to 14, I again had menstrual period and then had spotting until now January 2015. I've had irregular menstruation before, but last year I had monthly menstruation, although the starting date is always different. I've never been pregnant, as far as I know. My boyfriend and I use withdrawal method, and now I feel some pain/ache/sting on the side of my lower abdomen. What could this be? Is this connected to my spotting? Could this be myoma? Can't this be seen in the ultrasound?
