Good day po doc. Mag tatanong lang po sana ako, maari pa bang makunan ang mag 7 months na buntis? Lagi po sumasakit ang puson at ang balakang nang kaibigan ko po

Hindi, dahil ang kahulugan ng miscarriage (makunan o pagkalaglag) ay ang pregnancy loss (or fetus loss) before 20 weeks ng pagbubuntis ng hindi sinasadya (spontaneous abortion). Kapag 7 months na ang pagbubuntis at patay ang bata, stillbirth ang tawag dun. Kapag naman buhay ang sanggol, premature birth ang tawag.
Naguumpisa ang 7 months pregnancy sa mga 28 or 29 week. Sa premature birth, 95% ang chance of survival, pero kadalasan may komplikasyon sa sanggol tulad ng problema sa paning o baga.
