Ano po pwede kong inumin na vitamins breastfed po ako.. Nangingitim na po ung ilalim ng mata ko para na akong zombie.. Ano po kayang vitamins na nakakapag glow ng skin at hindi stressed tignan?

Maaring makatulong sa iyo ang pag-inom ng B-Complex supplements. Ayon kasi sa ilang pag-aaral, ang B-vitamins ay ini-uugnay sa pag-improve ng mood at masarap na tulog. Ang iron supplement naman na bagaman technically hindi vitamin - kundi isang uri ng mineral - ay maganda para sa sirkulasyon ng dugo. Mag-ingat sa mga vitamins gaya ng Vitamin A at Vitamin E na maaring humalo sa breastmilk mo at maka-overdose sa batang pinapadede. Para makasiguro, bago bumili at uminom ng anumang supplement, sumangguni sa iyong OB o kaya sa pinakamalapit na health center.

Karamihan naman sa bitamina at mineral na kailangan mo ay nakukuha sa isang balanced diet. Take note: kailangan mong kumain ng 200 calories higit pa noong ikaw ay nagbuntis. Huwag mong alalahanin na ikaw ay tataba, dahil ang pagpapadede ay isang natural na paraan ng pagbabawas-timbang. Importante pa rin siyempre ang exercise at tamang pahinga.
