Translation: How can I avoid becoming impotent/sterile? I've been riding a bike/bicycle for a long time now, and I like to wash my genital area with hot water afterwards. I started doing this in 2008, because it often itches on my penis, as my work involved dirty sacks of cement. Sometimes I wash it up to 10 times. I also like wearing tight briefs and pants. Now, I notice that my sperm is only a little. And my testicles also hurt after having sex. Could I be impotent? How could avoid becoming infertile?

Pa-check up ka sa doctor kung baog ka. you have to undergo some tests. I'm not a doctor by the way
