Kung ikaw ay may UTI dapat kang Umiwas ka sa mga sumusunod:
Caffeine-containing drinks and foods (such as coffee, tea, colas, or chocolate)
Acidic foods and drinks (such as citrus fruits, coffee, tea, and tomatoes)

Makatutulong ang pagkain ng mga sumusunod para gumaling at maiwasan ang UTI:
Cranberry and blueberries,pineapple, probiotics,vit. C at uminom ng madaming tubig.
