Meron pong nameke at nag sanla ng bahay ko at naremata (8yrs ago) nasa Italy ako nun at wala akong nagawa,may nag offer sakin na tutulungan ako mai demanda yung tao dahil alam nya kung anu talaga Ang nangyari,nagpadala ako ng pera para sa abogado at sa kaso 1 yr na wala pa syang masabi kung ano nangyari sa kaso lagi lang nyang sabi sakin na positive naman,tapos marami syang excuses kesyo kakilala nung bayaw yung lawyer alam ko na pinapaikot din ako ng taong pinag katiwalaan ko pero d ko sya ma kompronta kasi nasa kanya lahat ng papers mga katibayan I really need help po d alam ng asawa ko na wala na kaming bahay.wala po akong alam tungkol sa mga kaso never po akong nanloko o nanlamang sa kapwa nagkautang utang ako na d alam ng asawa ko pauwi po kami sa June for good at d ko alam gagawin ko,Kailangan ko po ng abogado please help po.

Hindi naman kasi pwede ang ibang tao ang magpapafile ng kaso on your behalf kailangan ikaw yong magpapafile laban sa taong nameke o kaya sa taong nakabili na gusto mong ipaannul yong sale. So since pauwi ka na lang din mas mabuting kunin mo na ang mga dokumentong sinasabi mo at ikaw mismo ang magpapafile sa korte. Kumuha ka ng lawyer na tutulong sa iyo sa kasong ito. Pwede mo ring kasuhan yong taong humingi ng pera para tulungan kang magdemanda at wala naman nagawa.
