Ang nakita po kasing naka file sa RTC is 2005.. ito po ba yung taon na nagfile ng kaso si complainant o ito po yung taon na naifile ito sa RTC? Pwede pa po ba madissmiss ang kaso kahit nasa RTC na po ito? Thank you po

Regional Trial Court or RTC yan na po ang korte na mag issue ng warrant if sa tingin ng judge may probable cause na ikaw ang gumawa ng sala. Mag issues ng warrant of arrest laban sa iyo. Pwede yang madismiss if mag execute ng affidavit of desistance ang complainant pero kailangang i hearing pa yan. Kailangan mo rin na mag attend sa hearing. Mas mabuting puntahan mo sa korte kung saan pending ang kaso mo para malaman ang current status. Pwede po kayong magpa assist sa mga PAO lawyer of qualified na mag avail po sa kanilang libreng serbisyo.
