Usually an Certificate of Employment ay makukuha lang yan after an employee has secured a clearance from your accounting or HR department. Sometimes it will take about a month bago makuha yan. Baka po subukan mong kausapin ang HR na bigyan kayo ng mas maaga para gagamitin mo in applying for another job. Mas mabuti huwag mong sirain ang relation mo sa HR dahil kapag mag apply ka sa ibang company, ang bagong company before they will hire you ay magbabackground check yan. You must have a good review of your previous employer para naman makahanap ka uli ng panibagong trabaho. If ever ayaw talagang nila magbigay kahit na ok na clearance mo din pwede mo itong isumbong sa DOLE maaring tutulong sila para macontact ang previous employer mo.
Maraming salamat po. Pero OFW po ako, hindi po yata sakop ito ng DOLE?
