Nakapagpakasal ang husband ko sa Dubai posible po ba yun eh,kasal po kami dito sa Pinas?

2016, nung nag Dubai ang husband ko. Doon nagsimula maging magulo, nagkaroon siya ng babae. 2012 po kami kinasal sa civil. Wala po kaming anak.
2019 wala na kami communication. 2021 nakita po ng friend ko sa post nila na magkakaanak na sila nung babae niya, at etong July 2021 nagpakasal po sila. Paano po niya nagawa yun? Eh, kasal po kami dito. Sa totoo lang po nakakainis lang na wala tayong divorce dito sa Pinas, nakakalungkot na dala ko ang apelido niya hanggang ngayon. Gamit ko sa lahat ng id ko. (Voters, passport etc) 
Hindi din ako makakuha ng rent to own na bahay kasi need daw ng pirma niya. Nagtataka lang po ako paano sila kaya sila nakapagpakasal? Wala naman po akong kakayanan mag file ng annulment. At talagang wala na kaming communication. Pwede po ba yung nag pa divorce siya doon,kahit wala naman po akong pinipirmahan? Kung sakali po na ganon magagamit ko ba yun para po maging malaya na ako sa pangalan niya? 
Sana po masagot nyo po ang tanong ko. Saka legal po ba yung kasal na yun? Pinay nurse po yung napangasawa niya doon. Thanks and Godbless po

I'm afraid if hindi ko po masagot ng tama kung bakit po siya nakasal doon sa Dubai na existing pa sa pagkakaalam ko ang marriage po ninyo. Nasubukan po ba ninyong kumuha ng Marriage contract or Cenomar sa PSA lately baka kasi na annul na ang marriage ninyo at hindi mo lang alam. Marami kasing incident na nagfile na ng annulment ang either spouse at intentionally na hindi pinaalam sa asawa para hindi magreact or matagalan ang kaso. Dito kasi sa ating bansa if mag apply pa po ng marriage license isa sa mga requirements is the Cenomar to prove na single po kayo. I don't know if that is the same requirement needed if magkasal doon po. If hindi maari talagang makasal doon sila but still existing pa rin ang marriage po ninyo dito sa ating bansa. If both of you are Filipino hindi talaga legal ang kasal po nila sa Dubai. Dito sa ating bansa petition for annulment/nullity of marriage pa rin ang dapat i file to terminate the marriage at kailangan dito lang po ito ifile. Maaring magagamit mo as supporting evidence ang marriage nila doon if you can get a copy of their marriage certificate or at least evidence na talagang nag pakasal na doon sila para maannul po ang marriage ninyo.

Cenomar po ba kukunin ko sa psa? Kung sakali po ba pagkuha ko non at talagang nakapag file na siya, may annotation po ba yun? Hindi ko pa kasi talaga alam.
Btw po both filipino po sila. Yung ex ko po at yung napangasawa niya sa Dubai.
