Nasa Japan po ako nagpakasal po ako sa hapon last 2016 pero divorced na kami ngayon. May boyfriend na po ako ngayon japaneses din siya at balak na namin magpakasal pero ?

Nung nagpakuha ako ng cenomar dyan sa Pinas ay di nag appear yung una kong kasal magkakaroon ba ako ng problema sa mga papeles kapag ganon??

Siguro hindi reported ang first kasal po ninyo sa PSA that's why walang record. Sa tingin ko if your record is clear/single in PSA pwede kayong magpakasal uli unless magdidispute yung first husband po ninyo lalo na if you have property here in the Philippines na dapat hatiin po ninyo. Maari kasing ireport niya ang marriage for for purposes of claiming his share in your conjugal/absolute community of property here in our country.
