Nung nanganak po kasi ako hindi ko po nagamit ang apelyido ng tatay ng anak ko sa kadahilanang hindi pa po kami kasal at nasa abroad po siya e kailangan po kasi ng pirma niya. kaya po ang nagamit ko e is yung surname ko. tapus po last 2 years ago papaayus na po sana namin yung surname niya kasu po mas inadvice samin na pag kasal na lang daw po kami saka namin ipaayus. e until now po kasi di pa kami kasal. kapag po ba pinatagal pa namin? magiging kumplikado po ba? ngayun po kasi 6yrs old n siya. mga after 3 years pa po sana namin balak magpakasal. okay lang po kaya yun? habang tumatagal po ba mas malaki ang gagastusin?
Paano ipalit ang apelyido ng anak sa surname ng tatay kasi gamit niyang surname sa nanay niya ?

Mas mabuti kung magpakasal nalang po kayo dahil ito ang magiging short cut sa pagpaprocess para hindi na kayo pabalik2x sa Civil Registrar. Ganito kasi if uunahin mo ngayon ang pagpachange sa surname gamit ang surname ng tatay kailangan pa po ninyo mag execute ng affidavit to use surname of the father at ipafile po ninyo ito sa Civil Registrar kung saan nakafile ang birth certificate ng bata. Kailangan ding pumirma ng tatay for the acknowledgment but since hindi po kayo kasal by the time kasal na kayo balik uli kayo sa Civil Registrar para sa status ng bata na magiging legitimate. Kaya lang kung matagal pa ang plano ninyo na magpakasal at hindi natin alam kung anong mangyari sa tatay sakaling mawala siya at hindi pa rin naayos ang surname ng bata mahihirapan kanang machange pa ito dahil wala na siya. May corresponding fee at requirements ang ganitong process mas mabuting magpunta nalang po kayo sa Civil Registrar para maverify kung magkano ang magagasto.
