One should file annulment of marriage in the Philippines. If one party is a foreigner and divorce is allowed there pwedeng yong foreigner ang magpafile diyan. I don't think hindi reported and kasal na naganap sa PSA dahil the embassy will act as a civil registrar there that will keep all the records lalo na sa mga weddings held in there office. If ever magpakasal uli thinking that hindi naman reported ang kasal maari pa rin makasuhan ang isa sa kanila either concubinage or adultery dahil the testimony of the witnesses and other relevant evidence can be established na may kasalan talagang naganap.
