Ngayon po pwede po ba ako kasuhan ng violation ng BP 22?
Paano po ito may loan po ako sa bank tapos pdc po ang payment tapos noong nagipit po akp hindi ko n po napunduhan ang monthly payment nito.?

Pwede po kayong makasuha if you fail to comply sa condition na ipadisclose yong mgacredit cards and personal loan accounts that was referred because this is part of the restructuring agreement po. So if magiging invalid ang agreement babalik ito sa old loan agreement at dahil nakapag issue po kayo ng check at wala namang pondo or account closed kaya this will be a ground to file BP 22 po.
