Sa pagbili naman siguro ninyo ng lupa na yan ay aware na rin ang isang heir na hindi nagbinta ng share dahil I presumed Extrajudicial Settlement with Deed of Sale ang ginawa. In that case you can still pay the real estate property tax but you can ask proportionate share sa isang heir na hindi nagbinta sa inyo. It is a matter of communication lang siguro between you as buyer and the other heir. Pwede din naman na bayaran ninyo as a whole ang tax tapos hihingi nalang kayo ng reimbursement sa isang heir if ok lang sa inyo.
