Kami po ay isang OFW. Nakabili po kami ng lupa na 230sqm. Ang mga magulang ko po ang nag ayos ng titolo. Ngayon po naghahabol ang may ari dahil 208sqm lang daw po ang sa amin at 22sqm ay parte ng Camella. Humihingi pi ng SPA ang may ari para maaus ang titolo at sila n daw ang gagastos. Wala po ba kaming lalabaging batas kung hindi kami pumayag? Sa titolo po kasi 230 sqm ang nakalagay.

Tungkol po ito sa technical description ng property huwag muna kayo peperma ng kahit anong documento na magsisilbing waiver of your rights po baka kasi you will regret later. Mas mabuting mapatunayan po nila ang kanilang allegation na ang nasabing 22sqm ay belong po ito sa Camella. Mas mabuti pong both of you will hire private surveyor to check po kon sino ang nagkamali . Mas mabuti rin po na komunsulta sa isang abogado dalhin po ninyo ang mga kaukulang documento para po ma evaluate po. Sila po kasi ang may complaint mas mabuting hingin ninyo ang kanilang evidence na mag establish sa kanilang complaint.
