You can exercise your right to appeal within 15 days from promulgation of judgment. So meaning within 15 days ng binasahan po kayo ng hatol kailangan po ninyo mag appeal or mag file ng motion for reconsideration. After that magiging Final and executory na po ang judgment . Kailangan na po ninyo magserve ng sentence or magbayad ng fines depende po sa order ng korte.
