Kung yan na katagal siguradong sa korte na yan nakafile. Kung talagang gusto na ng complainant na madismiss ito kailangan na mag execute siya ng affidavit of desistance. Kung sa korte nakafile na ang kaso kailangan magkaroon pa ng hearing nito at i present pa muna sa fiscal ang complainant para tanungin na kung anong reason gusto niyang idismiss ang kaso. Of course, kailangan ng akusado na mag attend din sa hearing. Mas mabuting check the status from Fiscal Office or from court kung saan ito nakafiled para doon magsubmit ng motion ang lawyer ninyo.
