Paano po ang gagawin ng isang tao kung sakali nag ka kaso siya (qualified theft) tapos nag pyansa siya pero hindi na siya nakaattend ng hearing?

Dahil natakot siya na baka makulong ulit siya.. tapos nabalitaan niya na case close na po pala ang case dahil namatay na po yung complainant

Ang maipapayo ko po ay it is better to check your case sa korte pwede naman po na matawagan or mag utos nalang po kayo ng ibang tao to check in your behalf magpadala nalang po kayo ng Special power of attorney if talagang takot po kayo. If nakapag bail tapos hindi pumunta sa hearing maaring naforfeit na ang bail ninyo so mag iissue ang korte ng bench warrant. Sinabi po ninyong namatay ang complainant dapat po ninyong alamin ito kailang baka before arraignment namatay maaring ang kaso ay madismiss.
