Gusto ko po tumigil na sa paninigarilyo.nahihirapan poko mag control. Meron din po ba pwede inumin gamut para sa nicotine withdrawal or foods vegetables or fruits na makaka help sa withdrawal po?

Binabati kita sa iyong desire na tumigil sa paninigarilyo. Iyan ang first step upang tuluyan na makahinto ka sa paninigarilyo. Maraming masamang naidudulot ang paninigarilyo sa katawan.
