May naging anak po ang aking tatay sa kanyang unang asawa (kasal po sila) ngunit makalipas ang 3 taon, namatay po ang kanyang unang asawa.
Makalipas po ang ilang taon, nakapagasawa pong ulit ang aking tatay at iyon nga po ang aking nanay. Inasikaso po nila ang lupa upang sa kanila maipatitulo parehas.
Nang mamatay po ang aking tatay ay napagplanuhan ng aking ina na ibenta na ang lupa dahil 10 taon na itong nakatengga. Nang ibebenta na po namin ay hindi raw po maari, dahil patay na raw po ang aking tatay o patay na raw po ang ang asawa ng aking ina. Ano po ang maari naming gawin upang ito ay maibenta namin?
