Pwede ding ang humahabol pala sayo ay ang sarili mo, na ibig sabihin harapin mo kung ano man kinakatakutan mo. Huwag mong takbuhan. Sa susunod na managinip ka ulit, harapin mo siya. Sinaksak- Kailangan mo ng proteksyon laban sa taong gustong manakit sayo. Maaari may hindi maganda kang napagdaanan sa nakaraan mo.
