Isang Constraction Worker ang nanaksak sa kanyang mga kasamahan sa kanilang barracks sa Capitol Hills. Ang sinabi ng suspek ay naalimpungatan lang daw siya, kaya niya nagawang pagsaksakin ang mga kasamahan.


Isa ang patay at isa rin ang sugatan. Nanaginip daw ito na papatayin siya ng dalawa niyang kasamahan, kaya inunahan niya na ito. Inamin din ng suspek, na bago daw siya natulog ay gumamit ito ng droga. Sinabi niya din na may nagdedeliver diyan sa kanila.



Kinasuhan siya ng Frustrated Murder. Imbes hanapbuhay kasi, iba-iba pa pinag-gagawa, kaya lumala pa.
