Paano po ang gagawin ko kung ayaw ibalik ng agency ang passport ko,,kasi po nag-back out na po alo sa apply..kasi may family problems po kami now..?

Did you already inform the agency na magback out na po kayo at kukunin nalang po ninyo ang passport? Hindi po ninyo sinabi kung bakit ayaw po nilang ibigay ito. If may kailangan bayaran dahil nakapagstart na silang iprocess you need to refund their office provided may documentation din sila kung ano ang naprocess na nila. Kapag wala pa namang nasimulan pero ayaw ibigay pwede naman magpagawa kayo ng Demand Letter from a lawyer or pumunta sa PAO office magpatulong sa paggawa nito. Maari ring ireport po ninyo sa POEA to check na rin if legitimate or authorized agency po ba sila.
